Furnish all labor, materials, and equipment to perform all operations necessary for paving areas designed in individual delivery orders in strict accordance with drawings and specifications. Performance period for resultant indefinite delivery requirements construction contract awarded as a result of this solicitation will be one basic year plus one option year. The issue date will be on or about the 30 November 95 with a bid opening date 30 days after IFB issuance. The magnitude of this project is between $100,000 and $250,000. Telephonic requests will not be honored. This action is being considered for 100% set-aside for Small Disadvantaged Business (SDB) concerns. Interested SDB concerns should notify our office, in writing, of their intention to bid on the project as a prime contractor as early as possible, but no later than 27 November 95. This notification must include a positive statement of eligibility to obtain required bonds and specific information which demonstrates the capability and experience to perform projects of this nature, complexity and magnitude. Complete information concerning management experience in similar work and financial status should be submitted with references. If adequate interest is not received from SDB concerns, the solicitation will be issued on an unrestricted basis without further notice.
