Z -- INDEFINITE QUANTITY CONTRACT FOR GENERAL CONSTRUCTION WORK AT VARIOUS LEASED AND POSTAL OWNED FACILITIES LOCATED IN THE NORTHERN VIRGINIA DISTRICT SOL 362575-96-A-D021 DUE 120795. The work includes furnishing of all labor, materials, equipment, permits, and services necessary for and incidental for general construction work at various postal facilities located in the area listed above. At the discretion of the Contracting Officer, one or more contracts may be awarded. Contractors must have a minimum of two (2) years experience, as of date of issuance, in this type work. Contractors must possess all state and local required licenses for this type work in the area stated above. Contractors must also possess the capabilities of working at least five to ten jobs at the same time. Specific work orders will be issued by the Contracting Officer in accordance with the unit price schedule and specifications. One or more ``work orders'' will be issued totaling not less than $10,000 nor more than $250,000 during a two (2) year period of the contract. The initial limit of $250,000 may be increased by modification as agreed upon by the contractor and the Contracting Officer up to a maximum of $1,000,000.00.
