Durham, 205-895-1171; Contract Specialist, Laura Wilbourn, 895-1171 (Site Code DACA87) Offerors shall provide all services, personnel, facilities, materials, equipment, supplies, and travel necessary to develop/update and present a course of instruction for 1 session of the DPW Support Services Contract Administration for 1996 as follows: 22-26 July 1997, Huntsville, AL. There will be one optional session for FY97 and one optional session for FY98 as follows: 21-25 July 1997, Huntsville, AL and 20-24 July 1998, Huntsville, AL. This course provides training in administration of service contracts for installation level Directorate of Public Works personnel. This course provides the student with an understanding of the purpose and objectives of the DPW contract administration process. The instructor staff shall consist of two qualified personnel; a lead instructor and an assistant instructor. The lead instructor shall have at least 5 years (assistant instructor 3 years) within the past 8 of experience working in a discipline related to the SOW. Other technical evaluation criteria will be set forth in the solicitation scheduled to be issued on or about 24 Nov 95. Copies of the solicitation shall be obtained by written request without cost. One set of the course material may be obtained from this office at a cost of $50.00 (non-refundable). Payment will be made by certified check, cashier's check, or money order payable to: Finance and Accounting Officer, USAEDH. Telephonic requests will not be honored. All responsible sources may submit a proposal which shall be considered by the agency. The Standard Industrial Code applicable to this procurement is 8999. For the purpose of this solicitation, any concern whose gross annual receipts over the past 3 years does not exeed an average of $5,000,000 is considered a small business.
