Sharpe Facility is located seven miles south of Stockton, CA. There are 10 warehouses and 152 other buildings. Janitorial services are provided for approximately 345,363 SF. Tracy Facility is located two miles southeast of Tracy, CA. There are 27 warehouses and 39 other buildings. Janitorial services are provided for approximately 224,729 SF. Sharpe and Tracy Facilities are approximately 13.2 miles apart. There are approximately 1158 employees located at Sharpe and 1094 at Tracy. Contract will be for a Base plus three option year - with a performance start date of 1 April 1995. Standard Industrial Code is 7349 for which the Small Business Size Standard is $12.0 million.
