Telephone Services - Offeror to furnish a complete telephone communication services for Department of Defense Temporary Lodging Facilities located in the continental United States; Alaska and Hawaii. At a minimum the services are to include: design, installation, testing, training, hotel/motel accounting and management features, follow-on maintenance and expanded services in exchange for toll traffic and a percentage of long distance toll charge recorded by lodging.
