The Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) contemplates initiation of a pilot test program to provide product and price information available under contract, electronically to VA and other Government agencies. Initially, the pilot test program will be conducted at a minimum of three (3) VA facilities. The VA may make multiple awards for the test program. Upon completion of the test, the VA will evaluate the pilots, and the VA reserves the right to determine the feasibility of any future requirement.
