A -- TEST PROGRAM SETS SOL N68335-96-R-0025 DUE 121095 POC M. Novak Code 213MN, (908) 323-7436. The Government intends to negotiate asole source contract with Raytheon Company, Electromagnetic Systems Division of Goleta, Ca for the development of Consolidated Automated Support Systems, (CASS), Test Program Sets, (TPS), for the AN/ALE-50 weapon replaceable assembly used on the F/A-18E/F aircraft. The contract will be for the design, development, manufacturing and delivery of the TPSs and the associated data. The Navy does not own the specifications, drawings nor related data necessary to allow for full and open competition. The contract calls for one (1) each First Article, twenty (20) production units, developmental test data, spare and repair parts and system problem reports, (SPR), and associated data. The estimated issue date of the solicitation is 1 April 1996. (0299)
