The Contractor will obtain all permits and provide all necessary labor, equipment and material to demolition and the disposal of barns, outbuildings, two concrete block silos, metal grain bin, miscellaneous structures and the associated foundations with each. The contractor will accomplish offsite disposal of all materials found in and around all buildings and on the surrounding farm sites which includes but is not necessarily limited to: old farm implements, automobile parts, and miscellaneous scrap metal. In addition, contractor is to cut, remove and/or burn trees and brush as indicated. The collection, removal, and proper disposal of any and all hazardous materials will be made to a State-approved disposal site. All performance to be performed at the Walnut Creek National Wildlife Refuge, Prairie City, Jasper County, Iowa. This procurement is a Total Small Business/Small Purchase Set Aside.
