It is anticipated one contract will be awarded as a result of this announcement for a period of one year with four optionperiods. The work consists of examining, developing, and documenting requirements of regulatory communication forums and knowledge-base systems, to facilitate the linkage of such systems and the performance of corps regulatory functions. Thecontractor also shall be responsible for implementing and developing these systems for COE regulatory users, including information stocking, and the provision of system maintenance, enhancements, and data transfer capabilities.
