Provide non-personal services in support of the missions of 2nd Space Warning Squadron, (2 SWS) Buckley ANGB, Colorado and 5th Space Warning Squadron, (5 SWS), Woomera AS Australia. These services consist of: mission analysis support; satellite anomaly support; operations/commanding support; telemetry analysis support; operations and maintenance of the satellite simulators; and advice and assistance to Air Force operators, analysts, and programmers. The contractor shall support preparing ground stations for operations on new satellites and assist in installation and checkout of new/modified ground station hardware and software. Services shall be performed on a 24-hour-per-day, 7 days-per-week basis. The contractor shall be required to interface with other contractors or government agencies in support of issues dealing with the evolution of the Defense Support Program (DSP). Performance consists of a one year base period (1 Oct 96 - 30 Sep 97) with four option performance periods of one year each. There will be approximately 60 days for the phase-in period. The site visit and preposal conference will be held at Buckley ANGB, Colorado at 8:00 AM, on 27 Nov 95. Attendance is limited to two (2) persons per company including subcontractors. RFP questions shall be submitted to the Contracting Officer by COB 17 Nov 95. Security clearance of SECRET is required. Personnel desiring to participate in the Site Visit and Preproposal Conference and to review classified material as part of the Bidder's Library, must have a confirmed security clearance of SECRET or higher.
