The requirement has been identified as sole source because Generation Technologies does not allow 3rd parties to maintain its proprietary software. The period of performance will be for a base year and four option years. The system software collects and disseminates a variety of news wire service inputs, for a variety of customers. Performance is in the Washington, DC area.
