The agency intends to issue only one (1) Purchase Order for the entire requirement. FOB: Portland, Oregon approximately 8 weeks after receipt of signed Purchase Order. These are replacement parts for existing equipment and no other brand will meet the agencies needs. Statutory authority for other than full and open competition 10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(1).
