Scope of work consists of but is not limited to providing all material, equipment, services and labor required for three vending rooms 410, 1510 and 2310: remove existing Z-spline ceilings and lighting, and replace with accoustical panel ceiling and new lighting and wiring. Replace existing corridor doors with new fire rated hollow metal doors. Provide water source heat pump in each vending room to be mounted above new accoustical ceiling. Provide piping, ductwork, diffusers and grilles. Provide 100 amp subpanels in wire closets next to vending rooms. All work in vending rooms shall be done during ``off hours''. Vending rooms located in the PVM Federal Building, Detroit, Michigan. The completion time for this project is one hundred fifty four (154) calendar days from Notice to Proceed. Estimated cost is between $25,000 and $100,000. Specifications will be available on or about November 17, 1995. Sealed bids will be opened publicly on December 19, 1995 at 2:00 pm (EST). This project is open to all business concerns in accordance with the Small Business Competitive Demonstration Program. Therefore, responses from both small and large business concerns will be considered and evaluated for selection. The Small Business Size Standard for this project is $7 million. This project is a labor surplus area set-aside. Funds are currently not available.
