The work consists of the following four projects: (1) Repair Drainage Channel: This project consists of retaining walls and storm sewer construction located in Capehart and the related work required as a result of this construction. The project includes demolition, site grading, paving and other miscellaneous and related work as required by the Contract Documents. Performance period is expected to be 150 days. (2) Repair Concrete Drainage Flume: Project consists of concrete structure removals/replacements, recontouring drainage spaces, adjusting/resetting concrete drainage structure, replanting of three different drainage areas in the Capehart housing area. Performance period is expected to be 90 days. (3) Repair Drainage 1st Increment: Project consists of removals/replacements/resetting and de-silting of concrete drainage structures in Capehart greenspace. Also includes recontouring earthwork and replanting of affected areas. Performance period is expected to be 45 days. (4) Grate Drainage Culvert: Project consists of removal and replacement of fence, removal of concrete flume liner, recontouring existing terrain, replanting ground cover and landscaping plants and constructing one concrete wing wall. Performance period is expected to be 30 days. This action is being considered for full and open competition. SIC code 1629 applies.
