O'SULLIVAN, (215)697-9685 The Fleet and Industrial Supply Center (FISC) Norfolk Detachment Philadelphia intends to procure, through a total small business set-aside, mess attendant services in support of the Naval Air Station, Guantanamo Bay, Cuba. Contractor major tasks include but are not limited to the cleaning of facilities, equipment and utensils, the bussing of tables in dining area, grounds maintenance of assigned building, minor equipment maintenance, the staffing of serving lines to include pre-service setup and resupply, the preparation of all raw food material in a ready to cook or ready to serve form in the vegetable preparation room, cashier service,and pots and pans/dishwashing services. The period of performance consists of an eight (8) month basic period and three (3) option periods, each of a twelve (12) month duration. A firm-fixed price contract is contemplated.
