SBDC - MICRO BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT PROGRAM $150.00. October 31 - December 16, 1995 This is a 7 Week Course Meeting Twice a Week on Tuesdays from 3:00 - 6:00 pm and Saturdays from 9:30 am - 12:30 pm. Northern Virginia, 4031 University Drive, Fairfax, VA. The Micro Business Development Program (MDP) presents an opportunity for companies with less than 5 employees to participate in an extensive training counseling program specifically tailored to the needs of companies of this size. The objective of the MDP is for participants to develop a plan for establishing a successful small business.
