SPECIAL WORKOUT ASSISTANCE TEAM (SWAT) TECHNICAL ADVISOR AND SPECIALIZED ASSET MANAGEMENT SERVICES. The Department intends to competitively acquire the services of a contractor(s) to assist the SWAT team and/or to provide specialized asset management services via an indefinite quantity, task order type contract. Under the proposed contract(s), the contractor(s) shall be required to provide the SWAT team with guidance, advice, and assistance relative to resolving physical, financial, and ownership/management difficulties of multifamily housing projects. In addition to providing the foregoing advice and assistance, the contractor(s) shall also be required to perform such specialized asset management functions as identified by the Department.
