The contractor shall provide all management, labor, materials, supplies, equipment, transportation and supervision and shall plan, schedule, coordinate and assure effective performance of all trash removal services at the Federal Courthouse Square. The trash removal services consist of emptying one seventeen (17) cubic yards compactor, manufactured by Crosspak Compactors, height: 40'' width: 14', depth: 17'', weight 226 lbs, twice per week. The contractor shall be responsible for the proper maintenance of the compactor as per the Statement of Work. The base performance period shall be from March 1, 1996 to September 30, 1996, and will have four one option years. Each option year is subject to the FAR Clause 52.232-19, entitled Availability of Funds for the Next Fiscal Year (APR 84). The government will evaluate offers for award purposes by adding the total price for all options to the total price for the basic requirement. Evaluation of options will not obligate the Government to exercise the option(s). Solicitation should be available in late December 95 or early Jan 96. Bid opening date as shown in item 10 above may be changed to reflect the issue date of the solicitation. Request for the solicitation package must be in writing to Mr Fernandez.
