Officials must be qualified in national federation of high school basketball rules. Soccer, estimated 140 games, one official per game. Officials must be qualified in 8 a side soccer rules. Volleyball, estimated 200 games, one (up) referee and one (down) referee during regular season; one (up) referee, one (down) referee, and two linesmen during post season. Officials must be qualified in USVBA rules. Softball, estimated 600 games, one official and one scorekeeper per game during the regular season; two officials and one scorekeeper per game during post season. Officials must be qualified in amateur Softball Association (ASA) playing rules. Football, estimated 280 games, three officials and one scorer/timer per game. Officials must be qualified in NIRSA flag football rules. For all sports an assigner shall schedule officials to games for the entire season and a clinician shall provide rule clinics to team captains at the start of each season. Number of games may vary depending on the number of teams that join the leagues. Period of performance shall be from 1 Dec. 95 or date of award, whicher is later, through 30 Sep. 96.
