This change should be reflected in the ''Scope of Services Required'' section ''Delete the ''The cumulative amount of all delivery orders for this contract shall not exceed $400,000 per year and each delivery orders shall not exceed $75,000. Delivery orders may be issued for a period of one year from the date of contract award. This contract will include an option for one additional year under the same terms and conditions as the basic contract. The Government's obligation to guarantee a minimum amount for payment will apply to both years. This minimum amount will be $8,000 for the first year and $4,000 for second year. Replace it with the following: Scope of Services Required: The cumulative amount of all delivery orders shall not exceed $250,000 per year and each delivery order shall not exceed $150,000. Delivery orders may be issued for a period of one year from the date of contract award. This contract will include an option for one additional year under the same terms and conditions as the basic contract. The Government's obligation to guarantee a minimum amount for payment will apply to both years. This minimum amount will be $5,000 for the first year and $2,500 for second year.
