The Naval Sea Systems Command intends to award a sole source Cost-Plus-Fixed-Fee contract to Raytheon Company, Equipment Division of 430 Boston Post Road, Wayland, MA 01778 to deliver approximately 47,358 hours of Design Agent (DA) and Field Service Engineering (FSE) support under the MK-74 Fire Control System (FCS) Program. The DA and FSE support is for the U.S. Navy as well as Allied Navies (under Foreign Military Sales (FMS) Cases) and covers MK-74 FCS equipment modifications, refurbishment, repair and depot operations. Additionally, the DA and FSE support is to include on-site assistance, resolution of interface problems between fleet MK-74 FCSs and shipboard computers, assistance in updating documentation for shipboard and engineering data bases, and technical assistance with all aspects of system operation, maintenance and repair.
