Telephone request will not be acknowledged. The United States
Department of Agriculture's Forest Service intends to fabricate and
install interpretive exhibits, reception desk, sales area into an
existing visitor Information/nature center located in Richwood, West
Virginia. The gross exhibit/lobby area is 1700 square feet in size.
Scope of work includes fabrication and installation of the following:
rock formation, wall hung panels, floor treatment, wood pedestals,
stylized full-size forest diorama with 3 digital message repeaters
banners and overhead support structure with lighting, photo processing,
silkscreening. Exhibit fabrication to be of museum quality. The
fabrication and installation schedule will allow 4.5 months in total
from contract award to completion of installation. This contract is
subject to the service contract act and place of performance is
unknown. Wage determinations have been requested for: Washington

Illinois: Winnebago; Maryland: Prince George's; Montgomery; Missouri:

Laurel, Burlington, Hunterdon, Passaic; New York: Buffalo, Erie, Bronx,
Kings, New York, Queens, Richmond, Monroe,Ulster; Ohio: Warren, Lucas;
Oregon: Lane Clackamas, Mulnomah, Washington, Marion Bellevue, Polk;
Michigan: Midland; Tennessee: Knox; Utah: Salt Lake; Virginia:
Alexandria, Fairfax, Manassas; Montana: Gallatin, Missoula; Texas:
Young, Montgomery, Harrison; Nevada: Clark; Colorado: Jefferson, Adam,
Arapahoe; Arizon: Tucson; Florida: Pinellas, Idaho: Boundary; Maine:
Barnstable; North Dakota: Ramsey; Oklahoma: Oklahoma City;
Philadelphia: Pennsylvania; Alabama: Piedmont. The contracting office
will request wage determinations for additional localities if asked to
do so in writing by 11/20/95. The Standard and Industrial
Classification (SIC) Code is 8999 and size standard is 5.0 million. The
