on or about 12/8/95. The U.S. Department of Education's office of
Migrant Education (OME) has a requirement for the operation of a toll
free line with a three fold purpose: 1) to assist in identifying and
recruiting eligible migrant children to receive available educational
service; 2) to identify and coordinate migrant education with other
programs and agencies that can provide social, family, and health
related services; 3) to attend and facilitate meetings with other
programs and agencies to further advertise and promote the 800 number
and begin to establish linkages that will assist in providing the
requested services. This is in accordance with Part c of Title 1 of the
Elementary and Secondary Education Act of 1965, as amended by Improving
America's Schools Act ot 1994. (P.L. 103-382). One one-year contract is
anticipated. The period of performance is 4/1/96 to 3/31/97. Two
