They are for 1) Chemistry, 2) Serology, 3) Hematology, 4) Lead and 5) Water. The contractor shall perform laboratory tests on an ''on call'' basis for service provision sites worldwide. The Contractor's work shall include utilizing its own laboratory personnel, equipment, and facilities, making diagnostic and pathologic interpretations of cervical/vaginal cytology smears provided by the U.S. Department of State (DOS), Medical Units within the Washington Metropolitan areas and overseas. Cancer and other pathological screening; (cytology specimens from the cervix/vaginal areas, papaniolaou smears) will be evaluated only using the Bethesda system for reporting cervical/vaginal cytologic diagnosis and perform certain serologies, special hematology, chemistry, microbiology and histology testing on sample specimens.
