Scope of work consists of but is not strictly limited to, providing all labor, material, equipment and supervision as necessary to perform scheduled preventative maintenance on mechanical equipment, HVAC, electrical, plumbing, fire protection system, and structural items. Completion time for this project is December 31, 1996. Estimated financial range is between $38,000 and $48,000. Specifications will be available on or about November 6, 1995.
