Egnor, (803)577-5011x7212 Negotiations are being conducted with MUMPS AudioFAX, 37 West Ave., Suite 203, Wayne PA for a Medical Interactive voice response system to be fully integrated with DHCP. The system will include the following applications: DHCP-appointment, DHCP-confirm, DHCP-refill, DHCP-cancel and includes next day on site service maintenance/repair on all hardware, software updates and installation with training. Software license agreement on file with VA Central Office. The system is turnkey in nature, and must be interactive with DHCP, written in MUMPS and use standard networking including DDP, LAT and ethernet. In accordance with FAR 6.302 this is considered sole source. Interested persons may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. However, all proposals received within response date will be considered. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government and information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. Contract is expected to be awarded with 4 option years for maintenance. (0293)
