ADC. Delivery without First Article will be 150 days ADC. This
procurement will be a small business small purchase set-aside. This
procurement requires prequalification. All responsible sources may
submit a bid which shall be considered by the agency. Authority and
justification is FAR 6.302-l, Only One Source or Only a Limited Number
of Responsible Sources. This proposed action is for supplies for which
the Government has specifications and drawings to permit full and open
competition; however it is restricted to approved sources, Tempco
Engineering, Inc., Fairfield Industries, Inc., Air Industries
Corporation, LFC Industries, Bristol Industries, and Apex Manufacturing
Co., Inc. The time required for approval of new suppliers is such that
award and delivery cannot be delayed pending approval of a new source.
Firms are encouraged to seek source approval in order to compete for
future solicitations. Instructions are contained in Section L of the
