identify potential sources to maintain one SLA-250 StereoLithography
equipment/software and associated ancillary equipment. Potential
bidders must be capable of performing all periodic maintenance as well
as emergency repairs to the SLA-250. They must repond within 24 hours
to an emergency repair request and will be responsible for providing
all parts and labor necessary for the maintenance of the equipment,
including up to 3 lasers per year. SLA-250 includes the SLA itself, the
main Laser, the build computer and software that drive the unit. This
does not include replacement of resin which is expended in the process.
Post Curing Apparatus (PCA) Ultra Violet curing oven. The SLICE
software used on the Silicon Graphics Iris (SGI). This does not include
the SGI hardware which will be covered under the Picatinny computer
maintenance contract. The contractor shall provide access to the SLA
HELP HOTLINE to answer questions pertaining to hardware, software and
build parameter questions. The HOTLINE will also be used to notify the
contractor of emergency repair problems. Prospective bidders must
include a list of equipment/locations for whom they are currently
