The Defense Information Systems Agency (DISA) is soliciting 8(a) companies only to provide support services in the Washington, DC area. The Standard Industrial Classification (SIC) Code is 7379 for Computer Related Services with an associated size standard of $18 Million. This requirement will be in support of the Defense Enterprise Integration Services (DEIS)/DEIS Plus contracts, Information Systems Security Program (INFOSEC) contracts, and other DISA tracking systems. The 8(a) firm that receives a contract will not be able to be a prime contractor or subcontractor on either the DEIS, DEIS Plus or INFOSEC contracts. The requirement consists of the design and implementation of Data Management System, integrate Data Base with Data Management System, using government owned COTS software adapt and develop as necessary a client/server automated contract management system which will support recording, tracking, reporting and analyzing the activities and events of the program, revise a data base for tracking, enter data into the above referenced data bases and maintain and update the data and generate reports, support services such as file maintenance, invoice processing, and suspense tracking, implement and maintain a consolidated Technical Library and World Wide Web Information Service that is linked to the Data Management System. The Government will provide Data Base, hardware and software necessary to perform requirements. We anticipate a 12-month contract with two, 12-month options. All 36 months will be evaluated prior to award. We anticipate releasing this RFP fifteen (15) calendar days (CD) after this notice is published in the CBD, the projected RFP issue date is on or about 06NOV95.
