Mitton, (206) 764-6806 (Site Code DACA67) This project provides for whole neighborhood revitalization by replacement of 84 existing three-bedroom family housing units, and consists of the design and construction of new family housing including all supporting infrastructure. Replacement units will be constructed on a new site. The new housing units are to be provided in variously configured multi-unit one and two-story buildings. Work includes site clearing, roads, utilities, landscaping, play areas and all other work as required to provide a complete and usable housing project. Demolition will involve approximately 10 multi-unit buildings of existing family housing and will include abatement and disposal of materials containing asbestos and lead-based paints. Plans and specs available on or about 9 Nov 95 at no charge per set. No individual sheets are available. Documents will be issued on a first come, first served basis until supply is exhausted.
