The required system must have the capability to store fluoroscopic images which can be incorporated into an electrogram recording system, must allow data to be interchanged with the existing CardioLab Intergated Electrophysiology System and be capable of producing 3-D maps of cardiac activation. Any offeror purporting to be able to furnish this service may submit a written response demonstrating such capability by 11/08/95. Note numbered 22 applies. (0292)
