CNT N62474-95-C-2885 PRE-SOLICITATION NOTICE - The work includes the furnishing of all labor, materials, and equipment to construct an earth-bermed, two-story box shaped structure with an area of approximately 7000 square feet. The structure will include ordnance storage areas and shipping and receiving area with a loading dock. The lower portion of the structure will be constructed of reinforced concrete and the upper portion will be a metal manufactured building. The work also includes site work including clearing an area around the site and improvement and maintenance of unimproved access road. The estimated construction cost is between $1,000,000 and $5,000,000. Anticipated solicitation release date is 15 November 1995. (0291)
