Services include providing 11 classes, each class consisting of six two hour sessions. Classes shall be given monthly except for the month of December. The Contractor shall also provide statistical information for project analysis using pre and post class questionnaires, tests, and other data collecting methods; conduct the Great American Smokeout Campaign by providing timely publicity and organizing events to promote the campaign; provide blocks of instruction on tobacco abuse for Alcohol and Drug Abuse classes (six to ten classes per year); and write quarterly articles relating to tobacco abuse for military publication.
