This is an indefinite quantity contract to provide & secure miscellaneous construction, repair, alterations and maintenance work at pre-determined wage and material rates. The contractor must furnish all labor, transportation, materials, supervision and equipment to fulfill the requirements of the delivery orders issued by the Contracting Officer. If asbestos is found, this contract will be amended to specify the locations of the asbestos and procedures to be followed, during construction and/or demolish to prevent the release of air borne asbestos. The proposed contract listed herein is being considered for 100 percent set-aside for small business concerns. If adequate interest is not received from small business concerns, the solicitation will be issued as an unrestricted procurement. Therefore replies to this notice are requested from all types of business to be solicited in the event a small business set-aside is not made; (e.g. all small business concerns, all business concerns, etc) as well as from SDB concerns. Estimated cost range: minimum guarantee is a total of $50,000.00 with a not to exceed maximum of $500,000.00. All responsible sources may submit a request in writing for a solicitation package.
