3080-3143). 6. Description of content: It is proposed to repeal the
Ozone-depleting Substances Regulations, made by Order in Council P.C.
1994-933 of 2 June 1994, and to make the annexed Regulations respecting
the manufacture, use, sale, offer for sale, import and export of
certain ozone-depleting substances, and amending the List of Toxic
Substance in Schedule I to the canadian Environmental Protection Act,
in substitution therefor. 7. Objective and rationale: Protection of the
