The Federal Bureau of Prisons intends to make a single award for the lease of ADP hardware and software to function as a laboratory information system for the Federal Medical Center Carswell in Fort Worth, Texas. The contractor shall provide on a leased basis all hardware and software necessary to support and maintain a fully functioning laboratory information system. The contractor shall be required to provide all equipment maintenance and service and system upgrades as required. The contract period of performance shall extend from the date of award (approximately December 1, 1995) through September 30, 1996. This procurement will be solicited for as a Request for Quotation utilizing simplified acquisition procedures.
