Cable descriptions delivery order limitations, and any additional information necessary to submit an offer will be identified in the solicitation. Estimated total minimum quantity is 291,727 ft and total maximum quantity is 9,887,918 ft. Delivery is required within 90 calendar days after receipt of each delivery order. Delivery orders may be issued and delivered FOB destination from any of the following 13 electronic factories: FCI, Big Spring, TX, FCI Boron CA, FCI Danbury CT, FCI Estill SC, FCI Fairton NJ, FCI Lexington KY, USP Lompoc CA, FCI Loretto PA, FCI Memphis, TN, FCI Oxford WI, FCI Petersburg VA, FCI Phoenix AZ, and FCI Three Rivers TX.
