The Architect of the Capitol is seeking the services of a qualified contractor to manage and operate an existing parking facility located in Washington, D.C. The successful offeror shall provide all staff, equipment, materials, services and supervision necessary to operate and manage the parking lot. The term of the contract shall be for the Base Year (from date of award of contract through September 30, 1996, inclusive) with the option to extend the term of contract for two additional years (October 1, 1996 through September 30, 1997 and October 1, 1997 through September 30, 1998).
