The Defense Information Technology Contracting Office proposes to extend on a sole source basis the continued lease of the specialized air traffic voice switch and related equipment currently being provided by ALLTEL Florida, Inc., located at the Jacksonville Air Route Traffic Control Center. This contract will be for a base year and four one year options or until the equipment is replaced through the FAAs competitive replacement contract.
