Provide all labor, materials, equipment, supervision and transportation required to construct the rip-rap erosion control project at the U.S. Coast Guard Base Fort Macon, Atlantic Beach, North Carolina. Work shall entail construction of a sediment transport barrier and placement of rip-rap along the northeast shoreline of the base as shown on the plans and specifications. Performance period is 120 DANTP. Est. range is $100K to $250K. Anticipated bid opening date is on or about 28 November 1995 but will be adjusted accordingly pending issuance of the solicitation. The small business size standard for this contract is 1629 and the average size standard is $17.0 million. All responsible sources may submit a bid, which will be considered by the agency.
