Services shall commence 1 February 1996 or within 10 calendar days after receipt of contract award, whichever is later, and shall continue through 31 January 1997. Contract contains option provisions to extend the term of the contract for two (2) additional one-year periods. All responsible small business concerns may submit a bid which will be considered. There is a non-refundable fee of $10.00. Please submit fee in form of Money Order, Company or Cashier's check made payable to UNITED STATES TREASURER. NO CASH will be accepted.
