THE U.S. ARMY COMMUNICATIONS ELECTRONICS COMMAND (CECOM) is issuing a acquisition for Field Engineering Support, depot Repair and Systems Upgrade for the Advanced Quick look Equipment. This effort requires the contractor to have expertise in the test and repair of AQL equipment currently, fielded and to be fielded in Guardrail/Common Sensor Systems 1, 2 and 4. The effort also requires expertise in the integration test and modification of sophisticated airborne electronics in telligence equipment that meets the army's requirements. The contractor must have a thorough knowledge of microwave receivers, high speed digital processing and computer assisted testing. The proposed contractor for this effort is with electronics and space corporation, (E&S Corp), 8100 Florissant Avenue, St. Louis, MO. 63136. IAW 10 U.S.C 2304(c)(1), only one responsible source, FAR 6.302-1(b)(1). E&S Corp. is the AQL production manufacturer. This solicitation will be released to industy only VIA The CECOM Electronic Bulletin Board (EBB) on or about 24 October 1995. The U.S. ARMY COMMUNICATIONS ELECTRONICS COMMAND (CECOM) has established an Electronics Bulletin Board (EBB) to provide Electronic Transmittal of Request for Proposals (RFPs) and invitations for Bids (IFBS) from government to industry. All interested parties wishing to do business with CECOM are invited to access, operate, send and receive data from the CECOM EBB System. To become a user of the EBB you will need an, indentification code and password in addition to a computer terminal equipped with the necessary hardware and software to interface with the EBB Ssystem. A user's identification code and password will be issued upon request along with instructions for down loading the EBB user's manual. All requests must include (1) company name, (2) point(s) of contact name (s) and title (s), (3) return address (es) and (4) telephone number (s).
