The work to be performed under this contract shall consist of providing the services, labor, equipment and materials necessary to install direct-buried piping and to repair steam systems located in existing trenches in two areas: ''Area 6'' - Under parking areas, drives and landscaped areas from steam manhole SMH-48 at Walcott Road, to Buildings 74 and 16, including SMH-49, SMH-50 and SMH-51. ''Area 7'' - Under sidewalks, Walcott Road, and landscaped areas from Building 5 to Building 45, including SMH-62. This procurements is a 100% labor surplus area set aside, however, NASA LeRC reserves the right to conduct this procurement as a small business set aside or for placement under the 8(a) program. This notice is for information only. Justification to permit contracting with Choice Construction Co. has been prepared using citation 10 USC 2304(c)(1)(5) as its authority.
