The Space and Naval Warfare Systems Command plans to add 85,000 hours of engineering services to the existing Ultra High Frequency Follow On Satellite (UHF F/0) contract, N00039-88-C-0300. These engineering services will be used to perform studies, conduct failure analyses, prepare plans for implementing resource management tools which will allow ground station managers to monitor user slot assignments, queues, high volume users, etc.,and to monitor and evaluate the EHF enhanced capability on the satellite. to all relating to the UFO constellation. In addition, these services will allow for rapid evaluation of emerging satellite technology and its relation to the constellation.
