70 -- INTERACTIVE ELECTRONIC TECHNICAL MANUALS POC Contact, CARRIE-ANN DURYEA, Phone (703)604-2000 The Naval Air Systems Command intends to negotiate an order with Sikorsky Aircraft Corporation (Sikorsky), North Main Street, Stratford, CT 06601-1381 and Loral Federal Systems, Route 17C, Owego, NY, 13287-1298 for the development/delivery of Interactive Electronic Technical Manuals (IETMS) in support of H-60 organizational level technical manuals. All hardware and presentation software necessary for the IETMs display system will be competitively procured by Sikorsky. The contractors (Sikorsky and Loral) are the airframe manufacturer/system integrators of the H-60 weapon system and are the only sources with the data necessary to generate multiple products to guarantee the Navy efficiency, consistency, and concurrence of paper and electronic deliveries in support of the fleet.
