The project includes construction of a single story Child Development Center Building. The building consists of load bearing masonry walls with brick veneer and exterior insulation finish system. Roof system consists of steel trusses, steel decking, insulation and metal roofing. Other building components consist of hollow metal frames, wood doors, ceramic tile restrooms, carpet and resilient flooring, fire protection sprinkler system and mechanical and electrical systems. Supporting facilities including water distribution lines, gas distribution lines, sanitary sewer lines, storm drainage lines, sidewalks, parking, landscape and incidental related work to provide a complete and usable facility.
