Contractor shall do all things necessay to perform inspection services of multifamily properties which are HUD-assisted and unassisted insured and HUD-held and assisted mortgages to determine the acceptability of the physical condition. The contract geographical area consists of Atlantic, Camden, Cape May, Cumberland, Gloucester, Mercer, Ocean and Salem Counties in the State of New Jersey. Contract is for one year with options to renew for two additional one year terms. Bid packages shall be available Oct. 13, 1995 at HUD's New York Office.
