Request for proposals for the operation of the Loring Job Corps Center located in Limestone, Maine will be available approximately October 17, 1995, for issue in response to written request. It is anticipated that the resultant contract will cover the period May 01, 1996, through April 30, 1998, plus three governmental unilateral renewal options of one year. The approximate average capacity strength is 380 students (190 residential males and 190 residential females). A Pre-Proposal Conference for the Job Corps Center will be convened at 9:00 a.m. on October 24, 1995, in the Board Room at the 5100 Building, Loring Development Authority (LDA) at the Loring Air Force Base. There will be a tour of the facility immediately following the Pre-Proposal Conference. Upon entering the facility, tour participants must report to and register in the Board Room at the 5100 Building, Loring Development Authority (LDA) at the Loring Air Force Base.
