Medical Systems on a sole source basis for full maintenance on one Government owned G.E. Advantx AFM Angiographic System with 16'' Image Intensifier. Other associated equipment includes: Integrated Puck Filmchanger, 20'' GE TV monitor with EDR circuitry, AFM Angio Options Package, Power Tech, Spare Frontal c-Tru Magazine, 1-load, 1-receive, Advantx DX LaserCam Adaptor Kit, Kodak Ektascan Laser Printer, Model 100 XLP, XLP Digital Input Package, XLP 8 Megapixel Memory Board, XLP 35 cm x 43 cm Film Supply Magazine, XLP Film Receive Magazine, Kodak M7B Processor, mounting stand for M7B, XLP docking option to M7B, 14 gallon Dev. Replenisher Tank, 14 gallon Fixer REplenisher Tank, Mark V Plus Control Room Console Rack Mount System without Integral Keyboard. Period of performance will be one year from date of award. This maintenance consists of: full service, labor, parts (including x-ray tubes and image intensifiers,) travel, remote access of service diagnostics around the clock, OEM trained service engineers, guaranted 2 hour response time, and 90% uptime. Interested parties have 15 days from publication date of this synopsis to submit their qualifications/capabilities (i.e, technical specs. brochures, price lists, and references) in the maintenance of the crital equipment listed above. Such qualifications/capabilities will be used solely for the purpose of determining whether or not to conduct this procurement on a full and open competitive basis.
