contemplating a three-year basic period requirements type contract with
two one-year options. Requirement is to obtain repair/overhaul of the
Stage 1 Compressor Blades, NSN 2840-01-122-2398PS, P/N K157G01/G02,
applicable to the TF39 Engine; predominate material is titanium.
Dimensions: 8 1/4'' long by 3'' wide. Functions as first stage of
compressor; airfoil impels gas through gas path. Contractor to furnish
material. Best Estimated Quantity (BEQ) as follows: three-year basic
period will be 11,154 ea; first option year, 4586 each; second option
year, 3996 each. Delivery will be 500 each per month beginning 30 days
after receipt of order. DD Form(s) 1423 will apply. Qualification
requirements: Sources must be qualified prior to being considered for
award. The solicitation will contain instructions for obtaining further
information on this requirement. The requirements of FAR 9.202(A) have
been completed and copies of the qualification requirements and
standards may be obtained as described in the solicitation. These
qualification requirements apply to line item(s) 0001 Government

Federal Stock Class will be evaluated and considered in the contract
award decision. If an offer is not received from a BRC and none of the
participating offerors is designated as a BRC prior to contract award,
award will be made to the offeror who meets the inimum requirements of
the solicitation, offers the lowest evaluated price and is determined
