Requirement is to obtain repair/overhaul of the Stage 1 Compressor Blades, NSN 2840-01-122-2398PS, P/N K157G01/G02, applicable to the TF39 Engine; predominate material is titanium. Dimensions: 8 1/4'' long by 3'' wide. Functions as first stage of compressor; airfoil impels gas through gas path. Contractor to furnish material. Best Estimated Quantity (BEQ) as follows: three-year basic period will be 11,154 ea; first option year, 4586 each; second option year, 3996 each. Delivery will be 500 each per month beginning 30 days after receipt of order. DD Form(s) 1423 will apply. Qualification requirements: Sources must be qualified prior to being considered for award.
